BVMS Principal's Message

Welcome to Buckeye Valley Middle School. BVMS is a wonderful place for students to grow educationally, get involved in a variety of activities, and have a meaningful school experience. 

I truly enjoy the students in all grade levels, getting to know our parent community, and working with an amazing faculty and staff. Together, we strive to create an environment in which each student is given the tools needed to achieve his or her individual success. Buckeye Valley Middle School continues to rank as one of the top schools in Ohio, which is positive proof that the hard work and dedication of our staff and the entire community is paying off.

Buckeye Valley Middle School has an exceptional faculty and staff who have a passion for teaching and learning. They are creative and focused, putting students at the center of the learning process. Together, they nurture an environment that provides our students with a firm understanding of the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. 

We encourage our students to be active, creative, and responsible citizens through a number of opportunities beyond academics that are designed to help shape them into well-rounded individuals with the capacity to think critically. Students can participate in athletic programs and a variety of extra-curricular activities. 

All of this is made possible by strong partnerships with parents and the Buckeye Valley community. We focus on communicating with parents and are always trying to improve that communication. Parent-driven organizations like the PTO, Athletic Boosters, and Music Boosters play an important and active role in our schools and the success of our students.
